About us

Flow State Marketing was born out of a simple idea: fitness businesses deserve better marketing. We met working together at a sports marketing firm, and after years of watching great gyms and studios struggle to cut through online, we decided to do something about it. We both take fitness seriously (Dyl arguably too much at times... don't ask him about his upcoming 100km run), and that passion shapes everything about how we work and who we work with.

With over six years of digital experience, I've learned you can have the best business in the world - but if the audience isn't interested, they won't engage. A background in sports marketing taught me that early: you're competing with the game itself for someone's attention.

My goal for our clients is simple - deliver ads people actually want to see. Exceptional creative, sharp positioning and hooks that stop the scroll, so your budget goes further and your business is remembered.

I’ve been in the game for about six years now after completing studies at Flinders University. I’ve worked across a range of industries, including sports, technology and beverages, with a specialisation in Meta advertising all the way through.

I am also the Head of Marketing at a local gin distillery. With my background in e-commerce, I bring a conversion-focused mindset to drive real growth for your business. I know how useless leads are if they don’t convert. My goal is to deliver you clients and members, not contacts.
